Text Box:
This layout has three main text box styles: solid, opaque, and see-through. It also has little matching tabs to match the solid and opaque boxes. The tabs can be positioned top or bottom, left or right. This is a link.
The text, textbox, and background color depends on which color scheme is applied to the page. There are buttons to change the layout colors in the sidebar, but they're here as well:
This is a regular paragraph. This is bold text. And this is italics! This is a link.
This is a paragraph with a border around it.
This segment is split up into two columns, and supports up to about three columns (before it starts looking bad). I mostly made this for segments where I'd want to display two lists or multiple pictures next to each other or something like that. It looks a bit weird if it's just paragraphs though...
This is the second column... Did you know that pigeons were among the first birds to be domesticated, and can easily live for over 20 years, some much longer? Feral populations of pigeons you see in cities are the same species as pet pigeons, and are descendants of domesticated pigeons, which is why there's so much variety in their appearance. Although feral pigeons often don't enjoy the quality of life a pet does and consequently have shorter lifespans, a pigeon you see on the street might be older than any cat you've ever known, or - if you have yet to hit your thirties - might even be older than you!

| 17-03-26: | Redid my blinkies: renamed all my files, uploaded them to neocities instead of mooching off of tumblr's bandwith (lol), and put them all in a seperate .js file with a function that shuffles and inserts them into a page, with arguments for which list of items, where to insert them, and how many it should insert. Working out a fun idea for my about page, but I don't quite have all the pieces of the puzzle yet. Considering making a blog section again... And I joined Nox's fanlisting! |

Big changes: I've started on a complete overhaul of the main layout (as you can see), and I've backed up a static copy of the old layout here, to be put on what will be an updated archive page later. It's going to take some time to apply the new layout across the site, but I'm much happer with it so far, and it's a bit more mobile-friendly than the last, too. |
